robusta-1b activities will end soon
After nearly six years of operation in orbit, our nanosatellite ROBUSTA-1B has begun its slow atmospheric re-entry. According to our simulations, this journey should end in the fall. ROBUSTA-1B will burn completely without generating any debris. During its lifetime, ROBUSTA-1B has collected six years of valuable data on the degradation of electronic components subjected to the space radiative environment. A successful mission!
A cofinanced mission by the FVA and the CNES as part of the NanoLab Academy project (formerly Janus).
