13th Partner Club Day and the Euro-African Biennial

The round tables organized by #CSUM during the Euro-Africa Biennale in #Montpellier took place in front of a packed audience, highlighting #spatial Africa and the strong ties that unite CSUM and Africa in this field!

We were honored to welcome Claudie Haigneré, astronaut, former minister, and patron of the Van Allen Foundation (FVA), whom we warmly thank for her involvement alongside us, as well as Mohamed Nabil, Minister of Higher Education, Research, and Innovation of the Republic of Djibouti. We would also like to thank Mr. Aboubaker Hassan, Secretary General of MENSUR Djibouti, and Prof. Gayane Faye, head of the SENSAT SENEGAL space program, for their trust over so many years, and Dr. Aminata CARVALHO, who agreed to come and share her exceptional career story.

Our partners in Côte d’Ivoire were present and participated in this event. Many thanks to Yaya Sylla and Franck Tognini for facilitating this. Thank you to Jalil Benabdillah for agreeing to introduce one of our round tables and for supporting the #nanosatellites projects of #CSUM. Finally, we would like to thank the honorable representatives of the Minister of Digital Transition and Modernization of the Administrations of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania and the deputies and mayors who were present.

These presentations were followed by our participation in the 13th meeting of the #FVA Partners Club alongside representatives from 20 national companies in the space sector.
